The parish of Nuestra Señora del Rocío in Vigo will host a concert and eucharistic adoration that brings together music, reflection and the teachings of Pope Leo XIV.

The event, titled "Alzad la mirada" ("Lift up your eyes"), will take place on Thursday, August 27, at 8:30 p.m. at the parish of Nuestra Señora del Rocío in Vigo, in Galicia, northwestern Spain. Singer-songwriter Rogelio Cabado will lead it. The evening is open to all ages, though aimed mainly at young people, and is intended to keep alive the echo of Pope Leo XIV's apostolic visit to Spain last June.

The event will combine music and eucharistic adoration in the same space, with songs and moments of reflection centered on the message the pope addressed to Spaniards during that visit. The aim is for those attending to find in that message a practical guide for their daily lives.

Cabado will perform alongside his family, who will also share their testimony about faith and family life in the Church. The program will include the artist's own compositions, among them pieces from the musical "Más allá," which will serve as the thread running through the evening of prayer and personal encounter with Christ.
