The parish of Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Fátima in Madrid will mark the 75th anniversary of its canonical erection with a series of celebrations beginning on Monday, October 5, at 6:30 p.m. The opening event includes an octave in honor of the Virgin and a floral offering, with several bishops and priests connected to the parish's history taking part.
Rosaries and liturgical celebrations
The program continues on October 12 with a dawn rosary at 9 a.m. through the streets of the neighborhood. The parish has invited local residents to join the commemoration.
On October 13 there will be a rosary in the church at 9 a.m., followed by Mass at 10 a.m. The day ends with a solemn Mass at 7 p.m. presided over by Cardinal José Cobo Cano, archbishop of Madrid.

After the Mass on October 13, a procession with the image of Our Lady of Fatima will make its way through the surrounding streets.
